This website is operated by Love Never Fails LLC ("Love Never Fails," "we," "I," "my"), a Colorado limited liability company located at PO Box 262, Keenesburg, CO 80643. What this site is and isn't

This website is informational. It describes the services Love Never Fails offers and how to start a conversation about home care. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on it creates a care relationship by itself. Care begins only after we have spoken, agreed on scope and schedule, and signed a written service agreement.

Use of the contact form

When you submit the contact form on this site, your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message are sent directly to my email inbox so I can reply. I read every message personally. I aim to respond within one business day. By submitting the form, you are consenting to a respectful follow-up by phone or email about the inquiry you sent.

I do not sell, rent, or share contact form submissions with anyone outside Love Never Fails LLC, except for the SMTP email service used to deliver messages to my inbox. I retain submissions only as long as I need them to follow up and keep a record of conversations.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, the server hosting this site logs basic technical information when pages load, including IP address, browser, and request time. This data is used to keep the site running, prevent spam (the contact form rate-limits submissions per IP), and diagnose problems. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties.

This site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking. It does not show ads. It uses a CSRF cookie that exists only to prevent form abuse and a session cookie that exists only while you have the form open.

Cookies

The cookies set by this site are essential to operation: a CSRF token that protects the contact form from cross-site request forgery, and a session cookie that holds the form state. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Disabling cookies will prevent the contact form from submitting, but the rest of the site will work.

Care services and medical decisions

Love Never Fails provides non-medical home care: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal hygiene assistance, errands, recreational activities, and similar daily-living support. Specialized support for conditions like dementia, Parkinson's, post-stroke recovery, and hospice care is offered within the scope of non-medical home care and always in coordination with the client's medical team.

Love Never Fails is not a substitute for licensed medical professionals. Always consult a physician, nurse, or licensed clinician for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Service area

I serve the Denver metro, Boulder, Keenesburg and the I-76 corridor, and surrounding Colorado communities. If you are unsure whether your address is in my service area, call and ask. If I cannot help, I will say so honestly and try to point you toward someone who can.

Licensing status

Love Never Fails LLC is insured and bonded under Colorado law. The LLC is also actively pursuing home-care agency licensing for Morgan County and Weld County. As of the "last updated" date at the top of this page, that licensing is in progress and is not yet granted. I do not represent that Love Never Fails LLC holds Morgan-County or Weld-County home-care agency licensure at this time.

While the application is in progress, services delivered are scoped to non-medical home care that does not require county home-care agency licensure, and are delivered under a written service agreement that describes exactly what is and isn't included. I will update this page (and the corresponding "Insured & bonded" line on the homepage and footer) the moment Morgan-County or Weld-County licensure is granted.

The text, photographs, logo, and design of this website are owned by Love Never Fails LLC. The 1 Corinthians 13 passage is in the public domain. Please do not republish the personal photos or copy without written permission.

Disclaimers

I work hard to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is." Specifications, availability, and service details can change. Any reliance you place on information from the site is at your own risk. Love Never Fails LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent allowed by Colorado law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Love Never Fails LLC and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Care services delivered under a signed service agreement are covered by that agreement and by the LLC's insurance and bonding, not by these website terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in a state or federal court located in Weld County, Colorado.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least thirty days. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
