In-home care,
by Buffy Santos.
Denver, Boulder & beyond.
I'm Buffy Santos, owner of Love Never Fails Home Care. For more than a decade I've helped Colorado families with the daily things that keep someone at home: bathing, meals, laundry, errands, conversation, activities and engagement, and steady companionship.
Hi, I'm Buffy.
I started caregiving at the age of 15. I volunteered on the fire department and worked in a doctor's office, but my passion is serving others. I hold a Bachelor of Science in organizational management/Christian leadership and biblical studies from Colorado Christian University. My work is practical: learn the house, respect what your loved one can still do, notice what worries you, and help without taking over.
When I'm not working, you'll find me chasing adventures with my kids, digging in the garden, exploring somewhere new, or teaching Sunday school.
“If I could speak all the languages of earth and of angels, but didn't love others, I would only be a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I had the gift of prophecy, and if I understood all of God's secret plans and possessed all knowledge, and if I had such faith that I could move mountains, but didn't love others, I would be nothing. If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn't love others, I would have gained nothing.
Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.
Prophecy and speaking in unknown languages and special knowledge will become useless. But love will last forever!” 1 Corinthians 13:1-8 NLT · the foundation of how I do this work

- Dignity. Care that treats your loved one like the adult they are.
- Communication. Clear, honest updates after every visit.

Help with the parts of the day that are getting harder. Start with the task that would make tomorrow easier: a shower, a grocery run, clean laundry, a real meal, walks and activities, or someone to sit and talk for a while.

A note on licensing
Love Never Fails LLC is insured and bonded, and I'm currently in the process of obtaining home-care agency licensing for Morgan and Weld counties. While that paperwork is in progress, I'm available across the Denver and Boulder metro areas. I'll update this page the moment Morgan and Weld licensing is granted. Happy to share details by phone if you'd like to know exactly where things stand.
We've been hearing really positive feedback from families that are using your services. Just wanted to thank you for your work and your partnership.
